NeoraFit Cinnamon Roll + Protein Oatmeal 

Ingredients

Oats 1/2 cup
Water or milk of choice 1 cup
NeoraFit Plant-Based Protein Powder (vanilla) 1 scoop
Cinnamon 1/2 tsp
Chia Seeds (optional) 1 tbsp
½ banana mashed OR 1 tsp honey/maple syrup
Pinch of sea salt
Optional toppings: walnuts, coconut, berries, drizzle of almond butter

This sweet and satisfying breakfast tastes like a cinnamon roll but gives you steady energy and zero regret. It’s perfect for cold winter mornings and to support your wellness goals all winter long. 

INSTRUCTIONS (for 1 bowl):  

  1. Cook oats with water/milk + cinnamon + salt (stovetop or microwave). 
  2. Once cooked, remove from heat and let cool for 1 minute (important so protein doesn’t clump). 
  3. Stir in NeoraFit protein powder until creamy. 
  4. Add toppings and enjoy warm.
