This Privacy Policy describes the information Neora, LLC and its affiliates and subsidiaries (together, "Neora," "we," "us," or "our" collects about you and how it is shared or otherwise used, what rights and choices you have over your personal information and our use of it, and the measures that Neora takes to protect your information.

Submitting Requests
If you are a resident of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, or Virginia, you may submit your requests to opt out, correct, delete, and/or to know/obtain Personal Information we have collected about you by emailing privacyofficer@neora.com to make a formal request under CCPA.
We will respond to your request in compliance with the requirements of your state's applicable laws. Please note that we are only required to honor California requests to know twice in a 12-month period.
Verification of Your Identity
When you exercise these rights and submit a request to us, we must be able to verify your identity to a reasonable degree of certainty. To do so, you must provide the required information when completing the online request form or making a request through the above-listed toll-free number. We will ask you to provide your contact information and an additional identifier based on your relationship with us. Before we process your request, we will match that information with information that we currently maintain to verify your identity and your relationship with us.
Appeal
Residents of Colorado, Connecticut, and Virginia may appeal a decision we have made regarding their requests by emailing privacyofficer@neora.com. We will respond to appeals from Virginia and Connecticut residents within 60 days. We will respond to appeals from Colorado residents within 45 days.
Non-Discrimination
If you make a request under your state privacy law, we will not discriminate against you in any way. Your exercise of these rights will have no adverse effect on the price and quality of our goods or services.
Authorized Agents
You may permit an authorized agent to submit a request to know or to delete your personal information. If we receive a request on your behalf, we will ask that person to give us proof that you gave that person written permission to make a request for you. If that person does not provide us with written proof, we will deny their request so that we can protect your personal information. You may also designate an authorized agent to make a request to know, request for deletion, or a request to opt out of the sale of your personal information, by emailing privacyofficer@neora.com.
Automated Decision-Making
We generally do not use automated decision-making technology, as that term is defined by State Privacy Laws. If we make use of automated decision-making technology, you will be informed through a separate privacy notice.
Record Retention
We may retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected or to comply with legal or regulatory requirements. We strive to retain your personal information no longer than is reasonably necessary to carry out the purposes listed in this Privacy Policy or as required by law. We retain your personal information following the end of your services or other business relationship in accordance with applicable law and our data retention and destruction policies.
Nevada Residents
Chapter 603A of the Nevada Revised Statutes permits a Nevada resident to opt out of future sales of certain covered information that a website operator has collected or will collect about the resident. To submit such a request, please email privacyofficer@neora.com with "Nevada Opt-Out" in the subject line.
