What is NeoraCASH?
  • NeoraCASH is a rewards credit for Preferred Customers. You earn 10% NeoraCASH on qualifying purchases, which can be used toward your next month’s SmartShop Order. It replaces the previous 10% consecutive-month Preferred Customer discount.
How do I earn NeoraCASH?
  • Preferred Customers earn 10% NeoraCASH based on the order subtotal after discounts and before taxes and shipping. For example, a $130 qualifying subtotal earns $13 in NeoraCASH.
How do I redeem my NeoraCASH?
  • NeoraCASH earned in one month becomes available on the first day of the following month and is automatically applied to your SmartShop Order. There’s nothing extra you need to do to start saving.
Will my NeoraCASH expire?
  • Yes. NeoraCASH must be used by the end of the month following the month in which it was earned. For example, NeoraCASH earned in May becomes available June 1 and expires June 30.
Can I use my NeoraCASH on a One-Time Order?
  • No. NeoraCASH can only be redeemed on SmartShop Orders. It cannot be used on One-Time Orders, Limited-Time Offer Orders, or BP Enrollment Orders.
What if I return a product for a refund?
  • If the purchase earned NeoraCASH, the corresponding credit will be removed when the product is returned. If that NeoraCASH has already been used, the redeemed amount will be deducted from the refund. Partial returns result in a proportional adjustment.
How do I check my NeoraCASH balance?
  • You can log in to your Neora Preferred Customer Account on the first of every month to see your current NeoraCASH balance available to use that month.
What if I order Neora products every other month?
  • NeoraCASH expires at the end of the month following the month in which it was earned. If you don’t place a SmartShop Order the following month, your available NeoraCASH will expire and cannot be carried forward.
