Full General Income Disclosure Statement:
From January 2025 – December 2025, Neora had 17,695 Active US Brand Partners. An Active Brand Partner is defined as a Brand Partner who: (A)(i) made a sale to a customer, or (ii) had a personal purchase in the prior 18 months and (B) was registered as a Brand Partner during the entire period January 2025 – December 2025.

From January 2025 – December 2025, 37.25% of Active US Brand Partners earned cash commissions and 62.75% did not earn any cash commissions. The average annual gross cash earnings of Active US Brand Partners was $1,186. These figures do not include the value of bonuses and commissions paid in free product, which were received by 21% of Active U.S. Brand Partners. The calculation of gross cash earnings does not reflect any expenses paid or the value of any time expended by the Brand Partners in making the underlying sales to customers.

The actual income of Neora Brand Partners varies depending on each Brand Partner’s individual goals, expectations, skill, effort, and time commitment as well as market forces beyond the Brand Partner’s and/or Neora’s control.

Car Bonus Disclosure Statement (Historical 2025 Program):
Qualifying Brand Partners can choose to earn a Car Bonus in cash or an amount to be applied toward a monthly payment on an approved vehicle. Of our 17,695 Active Brand Partners in 2025, 2.07% earned a Car Bonus for one month or more. This incentive has been discontinued and replaced by the Lifestyle Bonus effective August 1, 2026.

Lifestyle Bonus Disclosure Statement:
Effective August 1, 2026, the Lifestyle Bonus replaced the Car Bonus under Neora's Compensation Plan. Historical 2025 earnings data may include compensation earned through the former Car Bonus program. Eligibility requirements apply to earn the Lifestyle Bonus.

Trip Disclosure Statement:
Out of 17,695 Active Brand Partners, 245 earned our incentive trip to Cabo in 2025.
