DOES IT MATTER WHAT TIME OF DAY I APPLY THIS SERUM?
  • No, but we suggest you apply it during your morning and nighttime skincare regimen. Just remember, let it dry 2-3 minutes before applying other products or laying down.
HOW LONG DOES A TUBE LAST?
  • It depends of if you’re applying to lashes, brows or both. However, during trial we observed it lasted anywhere from 8 to 12 weeks.
I HAVE SENSITIVE SKIN/EYES; CAN I STILL USE THIS PRODUCT?
  • While sensitivity is rare, there is always a possibility whenever introducing a new beauty product. During clinical trials, 100% of participants agreed this serum was gentle for their eyes and 95% agreed it was gentle for daily use around the eye area. However, if irritation occurs, feel free to use the product every other day or so for a week or two. Then continue with daily use, as instructed. If irritation persists, discontinue use immediately.
CAN I APPLY LASH LUSH SERUM TO MY LOWER LASHES?
  • Yes, it can be applied to upper and lower lash lines since it does not contain hormones. Hormone-based serums should not be applied along the lower lash line since some people experience darkening in the application area.
CAN I USE IT WITH MY MASCARA/CONTACT LENSES?
  • Yes! Our product is made with natural and safe ingredients and has been tested on contact lens wearers. We recommend you wait at least 2-3 minutes after applying our serum before applying your daily facial products or mascara.
CAN I USE IT IF I HAVE LASH EXTENSIONS?
  • Absolutely. Our serum will not damage extensions. Simply follow the standard instructions to strengthen and boost your own lashes.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SEE RESULTS?
  • Results vary by individual. Some people reported seeing results as early as 4 weeks, but on average, it takes about 12-16 weeks to get optimal results. Patience is key. Stick with it - the results will come and it’s worth sticking with it.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I STOP USING THIS SERUM?
  • Like any beauty product, your results will last as long as you continue to use the product. If you stop using the lash/brow serum, things will return to their natural state in about a month, since that’s the length of a growth cycle. The serum works on your existing lashes and brows, and since all hair grows in cycles, once the hairs shed naturally, you’ll see your results fade.
WHAT IS A HAIR GROWTH CYCLE?
  • Lashes naturally go through a full lash cycle that consists of three phases. The anagen phase where lashes grow, the catagen phase which is a transition phase, and the telogen phase when the lashes rest and then fall out before new ones appear. This entire lash cycle lasts approximately 3 months. We typically lose 2-3 eyelashes every day. For brows, the entire hair cycle lasts approximately 4 months.
