Remove shrimp with a slotted spoon and plate shrimp.<\/li><li>Next, cook peas, carrots, and corn about 2 minutes. Add garlic and cook for another minute and stir for 1 minute. Move<\/li><li>Move vegetables to one side of the frying pan, pour eggs in the empty side, and scramble them, about 3 to 4 minutes.<\/li><li>Add in shrimp, rice, and green onions, drizzle in soy sauce, add salt and pepper, and stir to combine.
