Recipient of the Women Helping Women Gold Stevie award, Amber was also named Top Female Executive by ADDISON Magazine in 2015. She serves on the board of Big Brothers Big Sisters International and is president of the Neora Ripple Foundation, which has donated more than $5 million to charitable causes.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

One of Amber\u2019s favorite quotes is \u201cIt always seems impossible until it\u2019s done.\u201d That\u2019s a reminder that, just like our moms told us when we were little, we can accomplish anything we set our minds to. Lack of knowledge or talent isn\u2019t what holds most of us back; it\u2019s our failure to believe that we are powerful enough to make an impact.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Be in the moment<\/strong> \u2013 When you\u2019re working, focus 100 percent on the business at hand. When you\u2019re talking with your kids, be fully engaged with them and don\u2019t be distracted by the next item facing you on your to-do list.\u00a0<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
