But every so often, a thought creeps in, and I feel like I haven&#8217;t done enough with my day. I am a huge proponent of listening to and honoring your body with rest when it is asking for it. However, I also recognize that sometimes my body isn&#8217;t asking for rest and that I am just being lazy.
